Watching broadcasts with enabled drops is the first step towards claiming and receiving the No Rest for the Wicked Twitch prizes. As long as the drops are on, you may view whatever stream you like and even switch between them. Next, choose the things in your Twitch inventory and make a claim. After doing it, go to Sacrament to speak with Captain Randolph (you encounter him during the prologue), then choose "Entitlements."
