Panam does not respond

When you contact Panam, the bug appears when she doesn't pick up. Some claim that this is because you were in a dangerous area when you attempted to make the call, but there have also been reports of it occurring from the Afterlife.

The only workaround we are aware of, and it seems to have worked for many others, is to make the call before getting up from the sofa and reload the save before speaking with Rogue. Panam will definitely answer the phone if you contact her when she's sitting at the table with Rogue in her booth.

Your friendship with the outcast wanderer will grow as you collaborate, even if this is the first time you'll ever communicate with them. It may even become romantic if you play your cards well.
