Cyberpunk 2077 Olive Branch: Open the Trunk or Let Alex Out
Cyberpunk 2077 has a side mission called Olive Branch. It's the one where a wary Russian urges you to deliver an automobile as a present to the Tyger Claws in order to win them over. The automobile will begin to communicate while you're driving; it turns out there's a person in the trunk. He's a biotech engineer named Alex something, and he wants out of the trunk. At that point, you have to decide whether to let him go or accompany him to the meeting as planned. Our Cyberpunk 2077 Olive Branch guide will show you the repercussions of deciding whether to let Alex out or seal the trunk if you're unsure which option to choose.
Open up to Alex
Alex will give you twice as much money as you were promised if you choose to let him go. Wakako will give you a speech about betraying your customers as he runs along. As a result, you'll earn richer and feel good about yourself for pulling off a heist of thieves.
Leave Alex with Tyger Claws and close trunk
Once you drop off the automobile at the Tyger Claws eatery, the obnoxious gangsters will send you away if you shut the trunk on Alex. Avoid staying longer than necessary, otherwise they may attack. Wakako will appreciate your professionalism and you will get the agreed upon amount.
Remember that once you get into the parking lot, you cannot change your mind. You won't be able to access the trunk or go inside the vehicle after you park it behind the restaurant. Stated differently, don't put off choosing.
It's not like this decision will ruin the game's whole storyline or something, so in the long run, it won't matter. Essentially, it's a moral dilemma with potential financial rewards for the correct option.
