In Capital's Cup, How Do You Get Points?

Naturally, in order to reach objectives in the Monopoly GO Capital's Cup, you must accumulate Event Points. Landing on Railroad tiles is the most reliable method (that I am aware of). These will set off an event that results in a bank heist or shutdown. You get extra Points for doing well in this.
